Independent Business Referrer
As a Business Referrer, your mission is to identify, prospect, and connect StriveSync with individuals, companies, organizations, or institutions likely to be interested in its services. You actively contribute to StriveSync's business development by generating new business opportunities and helping close contracts across the company's areas of activity. You carry out your activity fully independently, in line with StriveSync's values, image, and commitments.

Main activities
- Prospect new clients and partners
- Identify business opportunities
- Present StriveSync's services to prospects
- Arrange qualified introductions between prospects and StriveSync
- Follow up with prospects through to contract signature
- Develop and maintain a professional network
- Contribute to promoting StriveSync's services and image
- Contribute to growing the company's client portfolio
- Provide regular reporting on business opportunities referred
Ideal profile
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented
- Enjoy prospecting and negotiation
- Having a professional network is an asset
- Experience in sales, marketing, client relations, or business development is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- 20% commission, calculated on the net profit share of each contract personally referred and actually closed by StriveSync
- Monthly commission payment after StriveSync has actually collected payment for the services
