Transaction Security Policy

Article 1 – Accepted Payment Methods

  • Mobile Money: MTN MoMo, Moov Money and Celtiis Cash.
  • Bank card, via our payment provider's secure payment page.
  • Bank transfer, for services provided on a quote basis.

Article 2 – Payment Service Provider

Online payments are processed by an approved payment service provider specialized in the West African region. It is this provider and the operators concerned that collect and verify the payment information.

For card payments, the card number, expiry date and security code are transmitted in encrypted form to our payment provider, solely to authorize the transaction. StriveSync never records, stores or logs them. For Mobile Money, your PIN is never disclosed to StriveSync.

Article 3 – Security of Communications

  • The website is served over HTTPS: exchanges between your browser and our servers are encrypted.
  • The access keys to the payment provider are kept on the server side and are never exposed in the browser.
  • Order forms are validated on the server side before any payment is created.
  • Payment confirmations are received directly from the provider (server-to-server notification): an order is considered paid only after this confirmation, and not merely on the strength of the page displayed in your browser.

Article 4 – How a Payment Works

  • You fill in the order form and accept the applicable terms.
  • For Mobile Money, a validation request is sent to your phone, which you confirm with your PIN. For a card payment, you are redirected to the secure payment page.
  • You receive a confirmation email once the payment has been validated.
  • In the event of failure or cancellation, no order is recorded as paid and you may try again.

Article 5 – Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order showing signs of fraud (use of a payment method belonging to a third party, inconsistent information, repeated attempts) and to request additional supporting documents. The applicable anti-money laundering measures are detailed in the AML/CFT Policy.

Article 6 – Your Precautions

  • Check that the website address begins with https://www.strivesync.fr before entering your details.
  • Never share your Mobile Money PIN or your card security code by email, WhatsApp or telephone: StriveSync will never ask you for them.
  • Be wary of messages asking for payment to a number other than those displayed on the website.

Article 7 – Incident or Disputed Payment

If you notice a debit without an order confirmation, a double charge or an unauthorized payment, write without delay to contact@strivesync.fr stating your name, the payment method, the date and the amount. We will reply within 48 business hours. The handling of refunds is described in the Refund and Complaints Policy.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

Article 1 – Purpose

StriveSync operates in activities that may involve commercial and financial flows between several countries (import-export, intermediation, dropshipping, logistics). To ensure the reliability of its customers and partners, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations, StriveSync applies Know Your Customer (KYC) measures, proportionate to the risk.

Article 2 – Persons Concerned

  • Customers ordering import-export, commercial intermediation or international logistics services.
  • Suppliers, business partners and business introducers.
  • Customers whose order is of a high amount or is unusual in nature.

Routine online purchases (training courses, support packs, shop) do not require proof of identity: verification of the payment method is carried out by our payment provider and the operators concerned.

Article 3 – Information and Documents Requested

Depending on the nature of the relationship, StriveSync may request:

  • Individuals: surname, first name, date of birth, address, telephone, email, a copy of a valid identity document (CIP, passport, identity card).
  • Legal entities or entrepreneurs: company name, legal form, registration number (RCCM), tax identification number (IFU), registered office address, identity of the legal representative and of the beneficial owners.
  • For an international transaction: supporting documents on the origin and destination of the goods or funds, and import-export licenses and authorizations.

Article 4 – Verification Process

  • Collection of the information and documents by email or via a form.
  • Check of the consistency and validity of the documents.
  • Assessment of the risk level (country concerned, sector, amount, behavior).
  • Enhanced vigilance in case of high risk: additional requests, approval by management.
  • Decision: continuation of the relationship, request for additional information, or refusal.
StriveSync may refuse or suspend a service where identification is not possible, where the documents are deemed unreliable, or where the transaction appears to be contrary to law.

Article 5 – Protection and Retention of Documents

Supporting documents are used solely for verification purposes, stored securely and accessible only to authorized persons. They are never sold or used for commercial purposes.

They are kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for 5 years after it ends, in accordance with the retention obligations for combating money laundering, before being deleted or anonymized.

Article 6 – Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data, within the limits of the legal retention obligations. To exercise them: contact@strivesync.fr. See the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 – Updating Information

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information and to report any change (address, legal representative, status). Any false declaration may result in the immediate termination of the relationship and, where appropriate, a report to the competent authorities.
